We used Precision to do the drywall in our basement remodel, and Dan did a great job. He gave us a competitive estimate and stuck to it. He started the job when he said he would, put in a full days work every day, and didn't leave to start.

Very happy with our new basement, Dan did a great job helping with the layout and building our new basement. The project went very well, it was completed in the time line expected at the price we were quoted.

Our basement Bathroom was in need of a make over. We hired Dan and we are very pleased with the results, he completely transformed the bathroom. We now have a new custom shower where our old tub was and beautiful tile work in the shower and floor. Dan was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. We have dealt with Precision Upgrading for over 10 years with various projects around our house. In the last 2 years Dan has remodeled our upstairs bathroom and our basement. The resulting work was outstanding. The work was completed to Dan's high standards and always includes the homeowners input. We are very happy with the results.

Should have hired Precision Upgrading from the start as I had to fire my first contractor! Dan was polite efficient, and respectful of my home. The level of detail and workmanship is top notch. Even the dog loved him! Seriously though, you will feel like you got quality job and will call back for your next Reno. We did! After our kitchen Reno, Dan finished our basement. Another awesome job done! On to the bathroom!

Precision Upgrading has done many jobs for us over the past 10 years. Our house is approximately 45 years old and Dan has meticulously upgraded our doors, replaced a patio door, replaced our windows and also did some brickwork and other jobs. The work was excellent and Dan's attention to detail made the finished product special. He always makes sure that the work is completed to his high standards and the clients wishes.
